President
Steve Potter grew up on the Northshore of Lake Superior in the compressor business. Steve has served as the President of Arctic Compressor since 2018 and is focused on company growth, customer experience, and maintaining the highest standard of quality possible.
Andy Hanson
Director of Business Development
Andy joined Arctic Compressor in September of 2019, focused on company growth and development. Andy is motivated by success and loves to solve problems. His goal is to make Arctic Compressor a household name.
Paul Leveille
Operations Manager
After graduating from UMD in 2012 with a degree in mechanical engineering, Paul dedicated seven years to supply chain management. Upon joining Arctic Compressor in March 2022, Paul endeavors to use his problem solving skills to manage operations as our company continues to grow at a rapid pace including Production, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Safety. Outside of work, Paul is an avid fisherman and loves the outdoors.

Katie is a graduate of UW River Falls with a degree in marketing communications. She loves working with the amazing people and wants to keep building upon the great work culture we have here. Fun fact: Katie is a championship-level rodeo competitor!

Andy Blomquist has dedicated over five years to Arctic Compressor and as our Production Manager, Andy is responsible for ensuring orders are fulfilled on time. The thing he loves most about working for Arctic is making a plan and seeing it come to fruition. As with most everyone else, Andy is focused on growing the company.
